Easy Read

I have been in real estate investing for a few years now and have found this book to be helpful in many way, as well as a good reminder for a few things I forgot. I have ordered a 2nd book for my Virtual Assistance to read so she can see how its done.

Helpful Advice for those in and getting into Real Estate Investment, or running a business

I read this book after having attended one of Alpine's Cash Flow Training in Indianapolis. Aaron highlights his personal lessons in building his real estate business with key tips that he had learned or applied along the way. I had read a host of other real estate books, but Aaron's playbook takes a different perspective and provides insight into how he grew from a single entity into managing operations across regions with a 2% attrition rate. I recommend this book to those who are new to investing in real estate and those who are looking to grow their business to another level.

The most important topics are covered in simple, straightforward language.

What makes this book so readable is that the author condenses a lot of information into simple, concise language that anyone can grasp. Aaron’s approach is to summarize his experiences and the conclusions he drew from them into digestible, common sense terms, or as Aaron describes it, he “K-12’s” it. He makes learning fun and interesting. Real estate investing is a wide field that takes time and persistence to master. This book is encouragement for learning that process.

Reading this book is like listening to a great mentor. The story format is so engaging and easy to read. The information is valuable and easy to grasp.
