Well made -- especially for the price. Good paper and sewn binding! I really like the convenience of the Inventions, Sinfonias, French and English Suites, Partitas, and Goldbergs in one volume.

False advertising: Does not lay flat!

Positive: readable text, decent scan qualityNegative: does not lay flat as advertised, binding of thick glueReally, one would think that a Dover book would have good binding. This book is not bound to lay flat, which is particularly annoying for a sheet music book. The book would not stay open on the piano rack. I had to get it spiral bound. Besides that problem, the book is fairly easy to read and the text looks good, so I have decided to keep it anyway.
