This is an easy to read book, with short and insightful stories. I have recommended it to many of my clients who tell me that they hate playing politics. Nerdy people usually do, its not in their nature. However if we redefine workplace politics to the art of getting things done, the art of persuasion, it has its very important place.The more senior our role in an organisation, the more important it is to get things done by persuasion, presence and influence.

An enjoyable, valuable read!

This is a terrific read, regardless of where you are in your career path. Beginning, early stages or later in career, this book makes great points and tells good stories about life lessons from career building. I dog eared many pages and refer to it often!
