Sehr schöne Rezepte in gelungener Aufmachung!

Being interested in design and houses and food, this book is just wonderful......yes many of the recipes aresimple, but they are just the dishes that we cook easily at home and there are some good classics.Of course you are going to get style and cool with the Pawsons.......I own probably 200+ books on food and this is one of the best along with Neil Perry's The Food I love which also has a stunning layout.Wonderful.

Have been using this for a year or so now and the recipes work and are genuinely useful. I like making good, fresh meals for my family and there are some go tos in here which work well.However, I am increasingly irritated by the US words for everything included in brackets after the UK English version. Every recipe has this type of thing all though it -“heat a griddle (grill)…chargrill the spring onions (scallions)…add the sliced chilli (chile)..”If you wanted to publish in the US write that book?
