I found this book to be a wonderful aid on my healing journey. Knowledge really is power and when you’re experiencing something like depression, it’s very helpful to understand what is happening to you and how to help yourself. This book did just that for me. Having prior knowledge of Ayurveda, this book delved deeper into the menta and emotional connection to the body, which I loved. I’ve found this book so valuable I started incorporating its lessons and tips into my coaching practice and I’ve seen great use with them. I believe the person truly has to believe they can heal and then the suggestions in this book definitely supplement and aid that process. It’s more about consistency and patience and doing small things over long periods of time to rebalance the energy in the body. I’ve read other natural healing books on depression and this one is by far the best. I would recommend it to anyone that has or it currently experiencing depression, knows someone that is, or served as a healer in some way.
FANTASTIC book. Even if you don't consider yourself depressed, it is still a great read for anyone who is interested in improving their mental/spiritual/physical well-being. This book offers great ways to stay balanced and healthy. Would DEFINITELY recommend!
