I used to read these books when I was younger and was trying to find them for years but for the life of me couldn't remember the name of the book series, worth getting if your a fan of fantasy books and D&D

While highly regarded and nostalgic, if you've played dungeoncrawling games, this adventure is bog-standard, not as interesting as the Fabled series. For young kids not familiar with CYOA and dungeoncrawl books, Warlock is an okay book to begin with. The adventure does have a maze, which readers may find frustrating, so, when you get there, download any of the fanmade maps others have made. You do have combat, but combat doesn't add to the adventure. You just start over, and repeat your choices, skipping the unhelpful ones. Better to just cheat your way through the book, opening doors and finding out what's there!

Awesome game books. I have played for almost 3 hours and am still working through 1 book.

Just wrapped in gloss paper not a box set like I hoped. Artwork not as good as originals I had as a kid but I'm sure my son will enjoy them
