I love the sequence of teachings in this textbook. It has great photographs, charts, and is organized in an easy way to read. The e-book is awesome as well, and I was able to use photographs and charts in my slides for my SLP graduate students. It does have some outdated terminology for diet modifications with IDDSI since it was written in 2019, but still a recommended textbook.
