Like all previous books written by Christopher Cox this copy delivers concepts and givessystematic approach.Excellent, clear and very readable text, high quality diagrams full of details, referenceswith accuracy till a clause in 3gpp TS's. Plus thoroughly selected bibliography.This is why I consider this book as the first books to be read on the topic.So, Highly recommended.I want to hope that 2nd edition will appear with extended content.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I owns all four books written by Christopher Cox.They are always "on my table" (together with all Chris Johnson's books).I used them by myself for learning (as a first reading on wcdma and lte; came from 3gpp2camp in 2012).I recommended them as a source #1 for those who are new in particular technology during my participation in a training business in EMEA and during regular RNP&O work.It so happens my first reading on 5G/NR was excellent Chris Johnson's "5G NR in bullets" published in the middle of 2019.But I bought this copy in 2021. It has a value, not an Introduction.
